Perfect location for where I needed to be, the place was clean and welcoming, great places to walk to for coffee and food. Very easy communication and instructions, honestly can’t think of an area of improvement

Location was great - multiple coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. We also walked to Vanderbilt in under 10 and it was convenient to Uber around Nashville. Condo building and unit were also nice with rooftop patio including a pool table and other amentities. Would stay again!

I had a great stay at Courtney’s place. The apartment was clean, fresh, and really well decorated with lots of fun details. I especially loved the balcony and the view. The building was nice and easy to navigate, and while the garage is a bit small, there was always parking available. The location is excellent, super short walking distance to great coffee shops and places to eat (I really enjoyed Egg Hill!) Courtney was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay - it's a beautiful place. The building is clean and well run. Upgrades could be glass shower doors - that's just a personal thing...don't like shower curtains....the unit is complimented by a fantastic terrace and skyline view of Vanderbilt and music row. Great walkability - it's 3 miles round trip to the Cumberland River! The garage is spacious and tall, so if you have a bigger vehicle...it's ideal + it's secure.

I travel for work and spend a lot of time and money on Airbnbs. Courtney’s spot was absolutely perfect as a solo traveler - among the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in and especially in Nashville. I’ll be looking for this place next time I’m in town for sure. Thanks for being so responsive and flexible with my short notice arrival.

We have a son at Belmont so we have been to Nashville a lot over the last three years and stayed at a lot of very good places. This is now our #1 pick. Super location, squeaky clean place-loved it

The apartment is in a great location, easily accessible to downtown but also quiet. The space itself is clean and well stocked with silverware, cookery, towels, etc. Highly recommend staying!
