Perfectly situated between Belmont and Vanderbilt plus all of Nashville's best neighborhoods, Music Row is the best place to be! It's quiet and safe retreat from the rowdier sides of town while still a 10 min uber or less to many of hot spots. There are tree lined sidewalks, street parking and plenty of charming American Bungalow homes to check out while out for a casual stroll. We're nestled in amongst the old recording studios that made Nashville a music city!

There is plenty of free street parking in addition to your one free parking spot in the parking garage. The streets are tree lined with sidewalks in case you feel like walking. Scooters and bikes are usually near by to rent. Uber/Lyfts are quick to arrive and you're usually no more than 10 minutes from most of Nashville's top spots.

Perfect place to stay while exploring Nashville. Very safe location, walkable to some great spots, and a short ride share ride to all the happenings on Broadway. Wish I could have taken the mattress it was soooo comfortable. Everything clean, pristine, and available. Would recommend.

Amazing space! Clean and spacious, great for two couples. Awesome balcony, beautiful pool and amenities. Safe neighbourhood with easy access to things to do. Courtney was very helpful and responsive from start to finish of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Courtney's place was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. The condo was pristine, had great amenities and restaurants, bars and coffee shops were within a short walking distance. We felt very safe, secure and the building is extremely quiet. Great views from the balcony were a plus. I look forward to staying at Courtney's again during our next trip to Nashville!

My 2 friends and I felt right at home and really enjoyed our short weekend stay. It was in wonderful proximity for walking to restaurants and a quick ride to downtown. We unexpectedly enjoyed the marathon runners that ran past the complex on Saturday morning. The early check-in was very accommodating as we arrived at different times. And having someplace to store our luggage after checkout was great so we could walk to the Food and Wine festival. Having the common area with a pool table also gives variety. I highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, but this was the most amazing of all. It’s decorated and furnished beautifully. Courtney was a superb host and communicator. The location was perfect with covered parking in a safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed Losers Bar and Grill for great live music (within walking distance). If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5, I would.

Great experience! Can't say enough about the location, especially if visiting the Vanderbilt campus. The private, secure parking garage is a huge plus in a large city. This unit exceeded our expectations!

A zillion stars are needed for Courtney and her home! My son and I come to Nashville every year and this was by far the best experience we have had! I am so happy I found this listing and booked with Courtney! She is the most amazing person and so thoughtful! She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of! Went that extra mile for us! We are so grateful! I loved the water carafe’s on the bed side tables so adorable! House was beyond perfect had everything we needed. The building is so convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and so safe! We walked up and down Music Row and saw all the music studios. The historic RCA Studio B is literally a walk away, that was so amazing! The garage parking was perfect for us. Everything was easy and smooth. We didn’t want to leave lol I will be booking with Courtney again because when you find something good it’s a gift! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Courtney for everything and making our trip the best one yet!
