Perfectly situated between Belmont and Vanderbilt plus all of Nashville's best neighborhoods, Music Row is the best place to be! It's quiet and safe retreat from the rowdier sides of town while still a 10 min uber or less to many of hot spots. There are tree lined sidewalks, street parking and plenty of charming American Bungalow homes to check out while out for a casual stroll. We're nestled in amongst the old recording studios that made Nashville a music city!

The unit you're renting on the 4th floor plus the 5th floor amenity space and seasonal outdoor pool on the 1st floor. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out when our schedule allows. All requests are subject to availability and an additional fee. Scooters and bikes are usually near by to rent. Uber/Lyfts are quick to arrive and you're usually no more than 10 minutes from most of Nashville's top spots.
