I travel for work and spend a lot of time and money on Airbnbs. Courtney’s spot was absolutely perfect as a solo traveler - among the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in and especially in Nashville. I’ll be looking for this place next time I’m in town for sure. Thanks for being so responsive and flexible with my short notice arrival.

Courtney's place is perfect. Well appointed, good location, helpful building staff, secure building, responsive host all made our stay great. Courtney responded quickly to our questions and gave very clear check-in directions. We appreciated the complimentary coffee the morning after we checked in! Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville. Check out Bobby's Idle Hour bar located around the corner. Great music.

We have a son at Belmont so we have been to Nashville a lot over the last three years and stayed at a lot of very good places. This is now our #1 pick. Super location, squeaky clean place-loved it

Courtney and this property exceeded our expectations. Our trip to Nashville was an important one for my family. We are a fun-loving, close knit group that appreciate the finer things, yet we have special needs that are all-too-often difficult to find when we get away -- special dietary needs require us to cook wherever we go, environmental sensitivities, etc. From the time of our booking until we checked out from our stay, we felt at home. My family relaxed. The Penthouse was immaculate, airy, peaceful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Courtney provided all the supplies we needed. And she was SO RESPONSIVE & KIND. We can't recommend this property or Courtney any higher. 6-stars! And when we come back to Nashville, we will return (hopefully) to stay again. So grateful.

The place was very clean and comfy, no complaints at all. Host was very responsive and let us check in a little early. Location was very nice with local coffee shops very close by. Overall 10/10 experience!

Courtney’s condo was as described and in a super convenient spot near Belmont, Vanderbilt and on Music Row! What better spot could you ask for?! It was easy to book, get into the unit and she was SO helpful if we had any questions. Thanks!

Book it! It’s totally worth it and super clean, felt super fresh and in a nice area. The bed was comfy and there were amenities needed.. lighting was so nice and felt right at home!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a couple of nights and the location worked well for us. It's a quick Uber ride downtown. We walked one day when the weather was nice and it was a very manageable 30ish minute walk to Broadway. The condo was very clean and worked great for our family. It matched the description perfectly. Courtney was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Well-styled apartment in a secure building with a great view of Nashville. Very clean and well-equipped. Loved the patio. Our host was very responsive. Two coffee shops on the same block. Quiet, safe Music Row neighborhood. We used Uber to get downtown, an average of $10 each ride. Would definitely say here again!

The apartment is in a great location, easily accessible to downtown but also quiet. The space itself is clean and well stocked with silverware, cookery, towels, etc. Highly recommend staying!
