The place was very clean and comfy, no complaints at all. Host was very responsive and let us check in a little early. Location was very nice with local coffee shops very close by. Overall 10/10 experience!

Courtney’s condo was as described and in a super convenient spot near Belmont, Vanderbilt and on Music Row! What better spot could you ask for?! It was easy to book, get into the unit and she was SO helpful if we had any questions. Thanks!

Book it! It’s totally worth it and super clean, felt super fresh and in a nice area. The bed was comfy and there were amenities needed.. lighting was so nice and felt right at home!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a couple of nights and the location worked well for us. It's a quick Uber ride downtown. We walked one day when the weather was nice and it was a very manageable 30ish minute walk to Broadway. The condo was very clean and worked great for our family. It matched the description perfectly. Courtney was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Well-styled apartment in a secure building with a great view of Nashville. Very clean and well-equipped. Loved the patio. Our host was very responsive. Two coffee shops on the same block. Quiet, safe Music Row neighborhood. We used Uber to get downtown, an average of $10 each ride. Would definitely say here again!

This place was perfect! Great location — clean, safe, and super convenient to coffee shops, dining spots, and local attractions. As for Courtney, she’s an amazing host! Very responsive and patient with all types of questions, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend her place — and if I return to Nashville, I truly hope it’s available!

Courtney was quick to respond and a fantastic host. I can’t say enough about the condo, its location and the ease of coming and going. Also great to have Security in the lobby welcoming you to and from the building. Highly recommend Courtney and this condo, especially if you have business on Music row.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtney’s penthouse! Everything was brand new and beautifully styled, and the condo felt very private and quiet. The spacious porch with its beautiful view quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The location was excellent. It was close to Vanderbilt, walkable to nice coffee shops, and a quick trip downtown. Courtney was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

This is a great studio in a beautiful building in a wonderful area! You can walk to everything (including downtown Broadway), but at the same time, it’s far enough away that it’s peaceful. Restaurants on the block are coffee shops that close before dinner, so it’s quiet. Beautifully decorated and featured nice thick fluffy towels. I’d definitely recommend.

We cannot say enough good about this condo! It was perfect in every way! We had such a good time. It was super clean, super nice. Location was awesome. Courtney was great and checked on us. Best place we have stayed on Airbnb so far!! Will be back for sure!
